Welcome to vending at a Hagerman Valley Foundation event, a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation.
The Hagerman Valley Foundation sponsors 24 Festivals & Farmers Markets throughout the year. Vendor applications for our events are available at our Ticket Site. Please check events in which you are interested for any vendor limits that may be in effect.
Many of our events have limited space, so are available on a first come basis. We will not duplicate vendors in our paid space events. For each of our events and each month of the Farmers Market, the Foundation produces a free commemorative program passed out to all attendees highlighting the event and entertainment, and includes vendor and sponsor ads. Paid spaces include a vendor ad in the program at no additional charge.
Farmers Markets, held Sundays 11-4 from June-September in Hagerman City Park, have free vendor spaces, with a $5 donation requested for a $100 sales day. If a vendor chooses, they can advertise in the monthly Farmers Market program. We expect to hand out thousands of these programs during the summer months.
Every vendor, even yard sale sellers, will be required to sign our application and release (available at the event for no cost spaces) and an Idaho Sales Tax form ST-124 once at the first event attended. The Application is an acknowledgment of the rules and liability release, and the ST-124 is a (temporary) sales permit. Sales taxes due are between you and Idaho State. The Foundation can be penalized $2500 for failing to get these signatures. All taxes are paid directly to Idaho.
Events in the Memorial Gym and Legion Hall require care to not damage the floors. Events in Hagerman City Park like the Sunday Farmers Markets & Swap Meets allow driving into the park to the vendor site for unloading/loading. Vehicles need to be parked outside the park during the event. No tractor tires allowed on the grass.
Indoor events typically open for vendor access at 8am, and are open to the public from 11a to sometime between 5p and 8p, depending on the event. The Sunday Markets in the city park are open for vendor access at 9a, and open to the public from 11a to 4p. If earlier access is needed, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Hagerman Valley Foundation has a mission of improving livability and economic stability in Hagerman Valley. Providing a variety of events in which vendors can successfully participate helps fulfill this mission. All net proceeds flow back to the community to enhance our mission.
